ABOUT THE PROJECT

L'Oréal new office is more than just a workspace. It's a multifunctional environment built around the Activity-Based Working concept, letting employees select their workspace based on their tasks at hand. Churina Design Studio has crafted an eco-conscious design that meets the needs of modern society and adheres to sustainability principles.

CLIENT

L'Oréal's team envisioned their new office to reflect the company’s global ethos and embody exclusivity. The office design hence incorporates the brand’s core values: beauty, innovation, employee well-being, and sustainability.

RESULT

The project aimed to blend a dynamic cityscape with office tranquility, creating a diverse and open space. Natural hues and careful zoning enhance the minimalist design and space efficiency. Productivity areas extend beyond desks to include a conference room, auditorium, quiet room, and kitchen. The adaptive design encourages swift team connections and includes cutting-edge equipment, a digital kiosk, and a game room. Lounge areas and a greenhouse featuring bird songs promote relaxation and environmental quality.

A silent library, climate control, and soundproofing ensure a distraction-free workspace. This forward-thinking office project boosts creativity and productivity. It strikes a balance between creative freedom and advanced design and technology, valuing work and leisure equally. Furthermore, it maintains comfort and security while adhering to COVID-19 regulations.
